We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 – 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges
While we take every measure to ensure your industrial tools arrive in perfect working condition, we’ve established this straightforward returns process for when adjustments are needed.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
- Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Pneumatics and Compressors (due to potential pressurization safety concerns)
- Striking Tools (hammers, mallets, etc. where wear cannot be properly assessed)
Additionally, any tool showing signs of use or missing safety components will not be eligible for return.
